Beginners

Learn to run in a safe, enjoyable way to stay injury free. This 10-week course takes you through the basic techniques to get you from walking to running and gradually builds up time and distance.

All Abilities

Two options for a weekly run over a variety of terrain and distance. You should be able to, or aiming to run 5km comfortably to join the group. Runs will incorporate some intervals or hill reps and we will run-off road in the lighter evenings. All runs have advice on running technique and training tips.

  • When: Tuesdays 6:30pm

  • Where: Pulborough, Lower St car park

  • Price: £40 annual membership

Trail Runs

Monthly Sunday runs exploring the local trails. Runs are usually about 10km and are a great opportunity to learn trail running techniques and improve your confidence off road. We run at a social pace and make time to enjoy the views

  • When: Sundays, monthly

  • Where: Various locations

  • Price: £10 per run (or as part of AVR membership)
