My Story

Whenever I think back to how I spent my time as a child, it always revolves around being outside - riding horses, hiking up hills or tearing about after a dog or two. Since then, I’ve continued to share the benefits of movement with clients, and especially the benefits of being active outside.

This is true whether it’s runners training for a marathon, walk2runners, children learning the basics of cricket or a corporate team needing to refresh their thinking and find inspiration. To support this I am qualified to Level 5 with a Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage and practice in a clinic setting and at sports events.

I am also qualified in Thai massage, and Indian head massage. During my treatments I combine my range of skills and techniques to create a unique therapy for each client. I am a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.

I have participated in many sports, and still do, at both a recreational and competitive level and have seen the benefit of massage for myself.   I am an England Athletics Coach in Running Fitness, with an interest in trail running, endurance and strength and conditioning. I have coached cricket to children around the world and previously I coached rowing from beginner paddlers to competitive club crews. If you have any questions, or to book an appointment, please call me on 07866 517619 or use the contact form
